Henry de Bromhead’s unbeaten mare is the most backed horse for Tuesday at the Cheltenham Festival since the final declarations for the first day were made on Sunday.

Honeysuckle, a red-hot favourite (13/18) in the first day feature race, has accounted for 3.5% of all horse racing bets through oddschecker, and a dominant 48.6% of the bets on the Champion Hurdle. Her closest rival in the latest betting market is Appreciate It at 9/2.

Supreme Novices' Hurdle

Constitution Hill

Nicky Henderson’s Constitution Hill is the second most backed horse post final declarations for the first day at Cheltenham, taking 3.0% of all bets on racing (27.3% for the Supreme).

However, the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle is well set from a bookmaker perspective, as three of the six most backed horses for the day feature in this opening race. Marginal favourite Dysart Dynamo comes just after Constitution Hill, whose stablemate Jonbon is just outside the top five.

As explained above, the Wille Mullins trained Dysart Dynamo is next on our list, with 2.77% of the total bets on racing and 24.8% of those placed on the Supreme through oddschecker.

Dysart Dynamo has long been vying for Supreme favouritism with Constitution Hill, Jonbon and Sir Gerhard before he was confirmed for the second day Ballymore.

Edwardstone has drifted from his shortest price to a best price 3/1 but remains the clear favourite for the 14:10 Arkle Chase.

Run Wild Fred has shortened into a best price 7/4 for the first day finale in the National Hunt Chase. He has taken 2.0% of all bets on racing post final declarations, and 48.7% of all bets on the 17:30 race. He heads the field from second favourite Stattler (11/4).
