That was a big ask for SAINT PALAIS (best price 7/2) at Wetherby last time so early on in his career and I just think he struggled with the pace of the race. Ahoy Senor piled on the pressure and got him out his comfort zone. Given how well that horse has run at Cheltenham since the form is very strong. The selection had looked progressive prior to that and I think he is worth chancing to bounce back here. This certainly isn’t a given but I think he remains a promising horse and I want to keep him on side especially in these calmer waters. Fuji Flight had a fair bit in the locker still when crossing the line in front at Newbury a fortnight ago. He has potential himself so looks the most obvious danger to the selection. Of the rest Docpickedme has won his last two and they’ve applied a visor now so he also has to enter calculations but this does look tougher.
