Oasis Dream colt DAYMAN ran out an impressive winner over 7f here on return earlier this month and I was pleasantly surprised to see he wasn’t favourite for this. He slammed rivals by 4 lengths on that occasion and still looked far from the finished article so with further improvement to come he should be able to follow up here under the red-hot Rossa Ryan. The second How Impressive had previously shown a fair bit of ability and the third Native Angel should also make into a nice filly in time so I think the form is pretty solid. He goes handicapping off a mark of 81 and could have a bit in hand here. I’m expecting him to relish the step up in trip too and he should go off shorter than 10/3 come post time. Frankel colt Stormy Ocean is the danger but he made all to win at Newcastle and I still think he might lack a bit of experience. His opening mark is also stiff enough.
