Chelsea booked their place in the FA Cup final for a third successive season after beating Crystal Palace 2-0 at Wembley on Sunday. But Thomas Tuchel’s side now returns to Stamford Bridge hoping to end a run of two straight home defeats when they face off against London Rivals Arsenal and they’re rightly favourites prior to kick off. Chelsea have scored in 13 of their 14 home matches this season, only failing to slot against Manchester City and so expect the hosts to get on the scoresheet once again.

Arsenal have hit a rough patch at a bad time of the season; the ‘Gunners’ are currently on a run of three consecutive league defeats. Tottenham have taken hold of fourth place and Arsenal need to secure wins to apply the pressure. However, they’ve lost every away game against sides currently in the top five this season and it’d be a surprise if they managed to get anything here. 

This could be a chess match but Arsenal are often caught out and if they overcommit, Tuchel’s men will pick them off. I’ll have a point on Chelsea edging this one with a professional but commanding performance but the match seeing fewer than four goals.
