The Value Tip is chasing a hat-trick on Thursday and HYLAND (best price 7/2) looks the one to beat at Warwick for Nicky Henderson. He has improved with every run and first caught the eye finishing third to Skytastic at Doncaster back in January. I remember him travelling strongly that day but he was given a lot to do and kept on encouragingly without troubling the front pair. He quickly stepped forward from that to win readily here last month and looks hard to beat despite a 7lb rise. He drops back in trip but if he is ridden as prominently as he was the last day I don’t really see that being an issue as he seems to have a high cruising speed. There is quite a bit of pace on so this should be run to suit and I think he’ll be well backed come post time. Let Me Be is interesting on debut for Dr Richard Newland and Ashoka also has to be feared having scored at Market Rasen last time but an 8lb rise demands more.
