I’m siding with SATANIC MOON (best price 15/8) to reverse that recent form with Moonlit Warrior. It took Franny Norton quite a lot of effort to get him to apply himself and he just got going too late thundering home but never getting to the winner. He was beaten less than a length at the line. With further improvement to come and a better passage through I think he’ll prove tough to beat now. Moonlit Warrior still has to be feared and it wouldn’t surprise me if the pair battled it out again. It’s not just a two horse race though as Mostly Cloudy also showed promise at Nottingham coming home well and if building on that should go well here. National Charter definitely has a future but she has looked a work in progress and likely needs more time and experience. Purple Reign was behind the selection last time and has enough on his plate again here.
