GYTO's Thursday notebook double pays 13/2.

I’m looking forward to seeing Caravaggio filly WHITEBEAM out again following her impressive win over 7f here last month. She was keen enough that day held up well off the pace but showed a good engine to canter into the race and what was so taking was how she quickened again once in front. She has her first crack over a mile now and this does look tougher but she brings tons of untapped potential to the table and I think she can make it 2 wins from just 3 starts despite the 6lb penalty. Light Of Peace showed promise when third at Newmarket over a mile and a quarter on debut but should be more at home over this trip with that experience under her belt and she looks the danger. Crystal Caprice represents the in-form Sir Michael Stoute and she is another one that could be a bright prospect but perhaps needs more time and experience.

I’m keen to side with PARADIAS at Yarmouth on Thursday. This promising colt was a big eye-catcher chasing home another nice prospect in Atrium on handicap debut at Ascot last month. I think the winner could be pretty smart so that was definitely a step in the right direction. He didn’t really back that up for me at Sandown last time where he finished second but was disqualified and placed third following a stewards enquiry. For whatever reason I don’t think he gave his true running there and stepping back slightly in trip in what looks calmer waters I think we’ll see him back to his best. I’m confident he will be a much better animal than 80-rated so this really does look a good opportunity on paper. Australian Harbour is well bred and went down just a length at Nottingham so looks the one most likely to emerge as the main danger here.
