Even in victory TUCSON CLOUD looked a work in progress at Leicester last month so with that in mind I still think she can improve a fair bit. An opening mark of 77 clearly underestimated her so off just 3lb higher here she should have a great chance to go and follow up. I liked the way she knuckled down last time and I thought she was having a good look about once in front so is likely value for even more than the winning distance. I rate the horse in second Dual Identity so it looks a solid piece of form to me. Her third at Beverley prior to that has worked out well since so her form stacks up wherever you look. Dubawi filly Mimikyu is the obvious danger after winning at Haydock last time. She goes handicapping now and will have more to offer. Haseefah is on a hat-trick but this is tougher up 4lb and Lady Labelle might need more time and experience.

William Haggas looks to have a good chance of a winner at Newcastle on Saturday with the son of Dawn Approach BOOSALA. He looked to need the run when third behind Chindit on return and stepped forward just failing to get up at Chester last month, missing by just a nose at the line. That is strong form with the likes of Revich, Fools Rush In and Boardman in behind. He is the type to progress again and this looks a good opportunity. Biggles is flying chasing a four-timer but I’m not sure this track will suit as well and he is up 6lb so needs more anyhow. The Attorney is interesting as he is up 3lb for going down a neck at Goodwood but has Benoit De La Sayette on now claiming 5lb so he shouldn’t be far away. Safe Voyage was obviously previously smart and has won over C&D but he was nearer last than first again at York and has enough to prove right now.
