AMI DES FLOTS took a big step forward when finishing second on her hurdling/stable debut over 2m at Ffos Las a month ago and she could be hard to beat if finding further improvement this afternoon. Sure Touch also hit the crossbar last time and that form suggests that he could give the selection plenty to think about. Others to note are Fire Squadron and Risky Whiskey.
Prediction : 1st Ami Des Flots 2nd Sure Touch 3rd Fire Squadron

A case can be made for all of these but the vote goes to CLEARANCE, who returned to winning ways over C&D last month and a 5lb rise for that win appears to be fair. Kolisi has been knocking hard on the door of late and may improve for first-time cheekpieces. Sofia's Rock edges out Champagne City to be the pick of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Clearance 2nd Kolisi 3rd Sofias Rock

In a moderate contest it is very hard to oppose WILD MAX, who won a handicap off a mark of 132 last time and that level of form puts him well clear of his rivals today. Treacys Jim was only beaten a short-head when last seen but that was off a rating of 75 and he was 73 lengths behind the selection two starts ago. Hard Lines didn't show much on his stable debut over hurdles but he could make the frame in this.
Prediction : 1st Wild Max 2nd Treacys Jim 3rd Hard Lines

MUCUNA had over three lengths to spare on Free Chakarte (third) when making her debut over timber at Aintree last month. Although she failed to back that up at Market Rasen a week later, she is taken to confirm those placings with David Pipe's charge. The latter was an easy winner on debut at Hexham before disappointing when sent off a short-priced favourite at Aintree. She now wears a first-time tongue-tie, while Intriguing Lady shaped better on her second start for Nigel Hawke when runner-up over C&D but still looks to have her work cut out.
Prediction : 1st Mucuna 2nd Free Chakarte 3rd Intriguing Lady

CRY WOLF has been raised 4lb for his win at Ffos Las in May and, although he drops down in trip, he may still follow up. Philip Armson appeared to get a good tune from the Alexandra Dunn-trained gelding last time and it's a positive to see him keep the ride. Dual course winner Little Jessture has fared well over shorter trips than this and remains potentially well treated. Our Three Sons was still going well when falling three out at Fontwell last month and, given a clear round, he could make his presence felt.
Prediction : 1st Cry Wolf 2nd Our Three Sons 3rd Little Jessture

NELSONS ROCK made a successful chase debut over C&D at the start of last month and a 5lb rise is unlikely to stop the seven-year-old. Port O'clock was just denied victory at Worcester on his most recent outing and the change of headgear to blinkers may bring about improvement, while Jony Max is likely to enter the reckoning based on his consistency over the past few months.
Prediction : 1st Nelsons Rock 2nd Port Oclock 3rd Jony Max

MASKED MATGIL makes considerable appeal on her racecourse debut, being a half-sister to the useful Dino Velvet, and she represents a stable that boast a decent record in bumpers. Lock Out won at Punchestown's point-to-point course in May and demands respect on his Rules debut, while Ellies Sister and Get The Value are a pair of newcomers who could get involved.
Prediction : 1st Masked Matgil 2nd Lock Out 3rd Ellies Sister
