True Statesman may well turn out to be tough to beat here especially with Mark Johnston going so well but I am keen to play DOUBLE O for David Loughnane. Now this filly impressed running on well at Pontefract last month and I know she finished last in the Albany following that but she was sent off 100/1. It was clearly a big ask and back in calmer waters in a race she may well be able to dictate in I just think she is overpriced. She is drawn to attack in Stall 1 and if she gets on the speed she may well be away and gone. The favourite has the potential to be a nice colt so he is definitely feared most. Betweenthesticks also deserves a mention but he has a tendency to find one or two too good and that may well end up being the case again here. Zephina makes her handicap debut but she will need to show more than what she has done recently.
