This won’t take a lot of winning so it should pay to stick with the horse that is in the best form which is last time out winner DORS TOYBOY. Now that was a career best for this likeable 5yo and given he only missed by a nose at this track 3 starts back in May he should have no issue with the change of venue in a bid to go and follow up. He is up just 1lb so if in the same form should take a lot of beating under the promising Harry Burns who claims 3lb. Hopefully he gets away well and is in a good position as last time he was always staying on best at the finish. Plenty of his rivals are out of form so 5/1 could end up looking way too big. At a bigger price Katie’s Kitten was a good third at Leicester and if she can build on that she might hit the frame. Her overall record of 0-11 on the AW was enough to put me off though and sway me firmly towards the selection.
