The form of the maiden Jarvis won here last December has been well advertised so he has to be a contender, while Dun Na Sead may also have more to offer.

BRUSHWORK has stamina to prove over this trip but looks the class act if staying the extra furlong. A winner over 5f at this venue in January, he had previously run very well when placed over 6f. He has had only the two starts at this trip so it is hard to know for certain if he will stay or not. Mischief Star has done much of his recent racing over further but did win a similar race over 7.5f at Tipperary in May. He was a three-time winner in Britain over 7f earlier in his career. Adapt To Dan is another dropping in distance, having won over further at Dundalk over the winter. He will need to break smartly if he is to play a part. War Hero looks a pale shadow of his former self these days but does have his ideal conditions.

J J JUMBO has a chance at these weights. Darren Bunyan's colt was pipped by a head on his sole previous visit to Dundalk in November and was also placed on the dirt at Meydan in February. He is entitled to come on from his unplaced run at Naas last month. This represents a drop in class and 7lb-claimer Robert Whearty has been booked. Chicago Lightening has been placed on all three visits to Dundalk and wouldn't need to find much more to make the breakthrough. Torn is a C&D winner who looks threatening on the back of a runner-up berth at Leopardstown last week. Jessica Harrington fired in a stack of winners last week and It's Snowing won over 6f at this track last summer. She has shown enough form this season to get into contention.

HONEY GIRL is hard to get away from with her rating of 107. She was placed in a pair of maidens at this track before taking her form to a new level. A third place in a Group 3 at Leopardstown was garnered before she ran a remarkable race for a 50/1 shot when nearest at the finish in sixth in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot. She holds a Group 1 entry for Irish Champions Weekend in September. Joseph O'Brien introduces Caravaggio filly Illuminazione. She is related to several multiple winners and her sire's progeny are showing up well on all-weather surfaces. Lecale's Destiny's runner-up finish at Gowran has been franked as the winner of that race has gone in again at Listowel. He was then fifth in a massive field at the Curragh, so is entitled to be eyeing prize money.

TARA POWER could double his career total. He won over this trip last November on his sole previous outing in Dundalk. Clearly, plenty was expected on his second run this season when his odds shortened from 50/1 to 12/1 before he was beaten half a length into second at Bellewstown. The third home came out and won a sprint handicap at Fairyhouse on Sunday to bolster the form. The Bog Bank finished well to get the off the mark in a different race at Bellewstown. She is only 3lb higher and is well versed on the Polytrack. Royal Scholar boasts two C&D successes and ought to be competitive off 4lb higher than when last seen winning here in January. Phoenix Open is more than capable of running well off a mark of 54, but stall 16 is troublesome. Silver Nemo won twice on the all-weather at Chelmsford City in Britain and could take to this surface on his second Irish start.

She reverts back to the Flat after three runs over flights and a trip like this could see her competitive in handicap company. War Correspondent is another handicap debutant who could have a part to play. A couple of winners have come out of the median auction maiden he finished fourth in at Fairyhouse. Persian Wolf is another to consider.
