Course winner WESTERN COWBOY debuts over fences and is suited by conditions. A maiden hurdle winner in May 2021, he has been well held on three subsequent handicap hurdle starts but should benefit from his May reappearance run, likes good ground, this trip and will be well schooled. Vinnie Is Busy blundered and unseated on recent chase debut but has useful hurdles form. Kings Keeper makes his chase debut and while he won a Wexford maiden hurdle last month, faces a tougher task. Hybery is tried in first-time blinkers having failed to show much, when jumping carefully, at Wexford while stablemate Dads Lad settled on his chase debut at Wexford but had been well held in his previous hurdles. Fierami represents a yard in form but hasn't run since January and might prefer easy ground. Ujumpthelastuwin jumps left while Hide And Seek was well held on chase debut.Prediction : 1st Western Cowboy 2nd Vinnie Is Busy 3rd Kings Keeper

INDIGO BREEZE could be a nice horse for fences and won a British point-to-point on his 2020 debut. He finished eighth in the Coral Cup when last seen in March and with his yard back in top form, could be ready on reappearance and is a big chasing type. Authorized Art is himself a capable 139-rated hurdler with chase experience. He should improve from his recent chase debut at Kilbeggan but nonetheless faces a tough task against the potentially smart selection. Blackstair Rocco is rated 128 over hurdles and has chase experience but is absent since October. Debut points winner Allbarone hasn't run since December 2020.Prediction : 1st Indigo Breeze 2nd Authorized Art 3rd Blackstair Rocco

BROG AHAON won a similar race here in May and is just 5lb higher. Absent for 583 days prior to returning to action this year, he slam dunked the 'bounce factor' when winning in May and a reproduction of that effort would see him go close. Neptunus Equester was a course and distance winner in May before exiting early-on at Wexford. He could progress more being a big chasing type but his form had been poor prior to winning here and needs to replicate that form. Four-time chase winner Well Joey has failed to capitalise on his lower hurdles rating but has been running well over the smaller obstacles and as an 11 year old, is surely better suited to fences. Trans Wood has won just once but has been running well while maiden Inagh's Gift has place claims. Groveman has a lower chase mark to hurdles' rating but was reluctant to race here in May.Prediction : 1st Brog Ahaon 2nd Neptunus Equester 3rd Well Joey

BRAVE WAY is in good form and runs in a winneable contest. Placed at Grade 3 level over hurdles, she has yet to show that high level of ability over fences but is nonetheless capable and comes here following three solid chase runs and is proven over staying trips and good ground. Norwigi was rated 10lb lower over hurdles than the selection (123 v 113) and while she too is reasonably capable and is in good form, needs to improve a little to win. Fences debutante Ardera Ru has won a point-to-point and while she has failed to win in 12 racecourse runs, has been in good form over hurdles. Gonedairy is a dual point-to-point winner but was well held in a recent maiden hurdle.Prediction : 1st Brave Way 2nd Norwigi 3rd Ardera Ru

CHINX OF LIGHT is a capable stayer who should benefit from his recent chase debut at Kilbeggan. A dual hurdle winner, he met experienced rivals at Kilbeggan and being from a good national hunt pedigree, improvement is likely and he receives 6lb from Siberian Prince and Tullybeg. Tullybeg is a four-time hurdle winner who did well to beat 139-rated hurdler Authorized Art at Kilbeggan. He gives away weight but is suited by trip and ground and should figure prominently. Siberian Prince is another chasing type and won over course and distance in May. He is a little more exposed over fences than his principal rivals but should also figure at the business end. Mi Lighthouse was rated 123 over hurdles and while she receives weight and won nicely at Tramore, faces a tough enough challenge. Prediction : 1st Chinx Of Light 2nd Tullybeg 3rd Siberian Prince

PAIRC NA NGAEL's form is more out than in but is suited by today's distance and ground. He failed to land a gamble at today's venue in December 2020 and while he belatedly won last November, was beaten a long way subsequently at Killarney in May. However he still appears unexposed and stepping back up in distance will suit. Centurion Steel was third in last year's renewal and has claims despite being in the handicapper's grip. Outside The Door was a somewhat fortunate winner at Wexford last month and while raised 4lb, is suited by distance and ground. Grangeclare Native returned to form when second at Kilbeggan while Arrycan failed to capitalise on a lower handicap hurdle rating in recent times but ran well in a similar chase at Downpatrick last month. Reappearing Goodnightngodbless has yet to win in 17 chase starts while Theatre World's rider claims 7lb but was well held at Roscommon.Prediction : 1st Pairc Na Ngael 2nd Centurion Steel 3rd Outside The Door

STEPS MATCH is generally consistent and comes here fit and well with conditions in his favour. A handicap hurdle winner last July, his recent handicap chase form is good and is just 2lb higher than when runner-up (the leader fell at the last) at Wexford last month. I'm Not Alone was third in that Wexford race and while she won on Sunday at Tipperary, is now burdened with a 7lb penalty and makes a quick reappearance. Daicheadacuig won a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle in 2021 and having returned to form when third here in May, should run well. Walking The Walk has useful recent form but is an 18-race maiden while Brideswell Lad won a maiden hurdle last August and makes his handicap chase debut under top weight. Imperial View's chase form has been a little underwhelming.Prediction : 1st Steps Match 2nd Im Not Alone 3rd Daicheadacuig
