ALYARA could go well here at a big price if enjoying this step back down to a mile. She showed up well for a long way at Ffos Las over 1m2f earlier this month and off a 2lb lower mark, she looks capable of going well in a race of this nature. Greg The Great made it two wins from his last three outings last time at Lingfield but is vulnerable in a stronger race off 7lb higher, while King Of War is another who has been running well of late and must be considered.
Prediction : 1st Alyara 2nd Greg The Great 3rd King Of War

After returning to winning ways in a classified stakes at Ffos Las 11 days ago, CHIFA has been found an ideal opportunity to go in again here in a similar event. He didn't take to Southwell's Fibresand surface on Wednesday and will relish a return to turf, while the booking of Rhys Clutterbuck, who takes off a valuable 3lb, only makes the case stronger for Ed De Giles' gelding today. The main danger could be Sydney Blues on only his second run since joining Evan Williams from Patrick Flynn in Ireland. He wasn't beaten too far last time when seventh at Ffos Las last time and should enjoy this longer trip. Chetan looks the most likely to chase them home.
Prediction : 1st Chifa 2nd Sydney Blues 3rd Chetan

C&D winner Diamond Cottage looks sure to give this another good go off 4lb higher after winning here a fortnight ago. However, LILANDRA wasn't far behind that day in second and has since run a respectable third at Nottingham last week. Taking Aidan Keeley's claim into account, she is 4lb better off with Malcom Saunders' charge today and looks capable of turning the tables with that rival. Amathus has been coming down the weights of late and is another who could go well with Saffie Osborne in the saddle for the first time.
Prediction : 1st Lilandra 2nd Diamond Cottage 3rd Amathus

CONNIE'S ROSE arrives here seeking a hat-trcik after two wins at this venue, one of which was over C&D. Grace Harris' filly made all over 6f last time and does carry a 6lb penalty for that success today, but remains on an upward curve and this looks a good opportunity to bring up the hat-trick, given she's 2lb well in. Atlantic Heart must be considered a big threat having been beaten just a nose by Connie's Rose over C&D on her latest outing and she now reopposes on better terms. Darcy's Rock is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Connies Rose 2nd Atlantic Heart 3rd Darcys Rock

AMOR DE MI VIDA scored over 5f at Haydock last time and although he carries a 5lb penalty for that success, Taylor Fisher's 7lb claims helps negate that burden and a bold double bid is expected. Rhubarb also won last time out over C&D and comes here seeking a hat-trick, so must be respected despite a 5lb rise in the weights. The ultra-consistent Fair And Square appears likely to make up the placings.
Prediction : 1st Amor De Mi Vida 2nd Rhubarb 3rd Fair And Square

DESPERATE HERO has been running very consistently in his career to date and this looks a very good opportunity to shed his maiden tag. Saffie Osborne takes off a valuable 3lb and it appears likely that Mick Channon's two-year-old will take all the beating in this contest. Saucisson is entitled to improve for his debut second at Bath and is likely to be the main danger, while Jimmy Mark completes the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Desperate Hero 2nd Saucisson 3rd Jimmy Mark
