UK Horse Racing Tips: Cork

Chrismoltisanti, placed over C&D and at the Curragh on his last two starts, has every chance of repeating that achievement. The similarly rated Lopes Gold, placed in half of her ten starts, is another with leading claims for a podium finish while others to consider for minor honours are Diamondsinthesand and Ali Babes.

Very few of these come here in form and maybe SHOWMOLINA can follow up his breakthrough win at Naas off a 6lb higher mark. The draw bias, although hard to call on the straight track here, generally favours high numbers towards the stands' side which could make life difficult for the five-year-old. Nonetheless, he's been breaking better in his races lately and is open to more improvement. Joey Sheridan stays on board while stable jockey Donagh O'Connor rides Eleuthera who was runner-up in the other division of the 6f handicap won by Showmolina at Naas. The 10-year-old is a far more exposed performer but is capable of a big run. Topweight Tai Sing Yeh, formerly with Johnny Levins, has maintained his consistent form for new connections while Latin Fury, hooded after running too free last time, is better judged on a promising fourth on seasonal debut at Down Royal.

QUEEN OF OURS shaped with promise in a decent looking maiden at Naas earlier this month and may be able to build on that. She was slightly hampered leaving the stalls then and had a bit of ground to make up to get into third position over a furlong from home. Billy Lee wasn't sore on her when it was clear she wasn't getting to the front two and she should improve from the experience. Reinforce has been third on his last couple of outings and looks an obvious danger. He was turned over at a short enough price at Navan last time but it was still a solid enough run and he is entitled to be a big player here. Jessica Harrington's newcomer Executive Decision is one to note in the market. The Ardad filly is out of a dual winner and her grand-dam was a Listed winner.

BORLETTI was disappointing at Fairyhouse last time but may be worth another shot here. He has a mark of 98 largely due to his fifth placed effort in the Railway Stakes at the Curragh on his penultimate outing. He failed to run anywhere near that level when beaten favourite last time but didn't help himself by running freely then. Kodi Red was good when winning at Navan last time and looks progressive. He was actually a place in front of Borletti in a Navan maiden in late May but is now 8lb worse off at the weights. There are a couple of interesting newcomers here. Jessica Harrington's Invincible Cry is out of a listed placed mare and cost 92,000 euros as a yearling. Paddy Twomey introduces Kodiac filly Picture Blue. She cost 110,000 guineas and is out of a winning half-sister to Fantasia, a multiple Group 3 winner who was also Group 1 placed.

ARE WE DREAMING looks to be a progressive sprinter and can bag a quick hat-trick. She won nicely on her handicap debut at the Curragh on Sunday and despite an 11lb hike is fancied to step forward again and complete the treble. Nathan Crosse takes 3lb off her back now. Billy Lee, who rode her on Sunday, takes the mount on Erosandpsyche now. This Sepoy gelding has run well on his two starts since joining Paddy Twomey and could be a big player here. Moss Tucker only went up a couple of pounds for winning a hot little conditions event at Tipperary last time and is another who has to come into the mix in a very competitive looking heat.

This looks like a nice opportunity for GOOD HEAVENS to get back to winning ways. The Zoffany gelding has been placed on both outings this season and can complete the sequence having been third and then second. He only went down by a neck to Shark Bay in a similar contest at Killarney 11 days ago and this looks a weaker race now. Stablemate Federal has presumably had his issues having had a couple of chunks of time on the sidelines. He won on debut at Leopardstown back in July 2020 but was last on his only subsequent appearance in Listed company at the Curragh last May. Kirati Beach and Amanirenas were both winners last time out but look to have a bit to find on official ratings here.

LINGER FOR LONGER looks capable of winning a race of this standard. The Fulbright filly went down by a neck to Aristovic at Tipperary late last month and that rival went on to frank the form since. A 7lb rise may look a tad harsh for that effort but she pushed an in-form rival close last time and this looks a moderate enough race now. Miss Vizeun has run a couple of solid races lately and off the same mark of 64 she could be thereabouts again. Yokkell is another who hasn't been far away in recent runs and can be given a chance. She was five-and-three-quarter lengths behind the selection in Tipperary but is 9lb better off at the weights now.
