SEMBLANCE OF ORDER had a far from ideal experience on debut at Fairyhouse and with a smoother passage now, he could take this. The Buratino colt ran loose before the start and then his stall opened a fraction late. Soon in rear, he done all his best work towards the finish, staying on well into a never nearer eighth. A half-brother to the 102 rated Belle Image, the Andy Oliver trained bay holds entries in the Futurity and National Stakes. Hasten Slowly is given second preference with Colin Keane aboard. He was a close third at Gowran on his most recent start and a reproduction of that performance should see him go close. Wartime Warrior is another leading contender. He was a solid fifth on debut over the course and distance last month and can be expected to come on plenty from that experience. Blue News has three solid efforts to his name and is likely to have plenty of supporters, while Slaney Tide and Madakasham Jam are others that warrant respect.

This should be straightforward for ONLY. Beaten a neck into second on her debut over the course and distance in April, she again filled the runner-up spot on her most recent outing at Naas. Both of her conquerors (Lullaby and Didn'thavemuchtodo) are set to take part in a Listed contest at Gowran on Wednesday and it'll be interesting to see how they fare. Toriangel, who is out of Group 2 winner Viztoria, finished behind the selection when they clashed over the course and distance in April. That was her best effort to date and considering it was her first run of the season, she is entitled to come on plenty. Cara Susanna put in a pleasing performance on debut at Limerick, keeping on into a never nearer sixth. She is from a high-class staying family and while she will probably be better over further, she should run well. Grant Wood and newcomer Gambe Veloci are others that warrant respect.

A competitive affair. After running in a Group 3 on her most recent start at Fairyhouse, PERFECT THUNDER should appreciate this drop-in class. Successful in a maiden at the Curragh in March, the Night Of Thunder bay had five subsequent winners in behind, including Irish Oaks runner-up Toy. Stepping-up in trip to a mile for the first time, the Joseph O'Brien trained selection can be expected to go close with Jake Coen taking 5lb off. Helpmeout has already won twice over the course and distance this summer and is sure to have plenty of supporters. Her form is a bit in and out though, with her penultimate effort at Limerick disappointing. Shanghai Dragon sprang a surprise in a first-time visor at Gowran and with the visor retained, she should give a good account. Top-weight Red Heel will be looking to bounce back from a mishap at Galway, while Nectarine and Inchiquin Star are others for the shortlist.

With a rating of 110, BOUNDLESS OCEAN sets the standard. He was impressive in the Meld Stakes here last month, with his ownership since changing. The son of Teofilo remains under the care of Jim Bolger and it'll be disappointing if he fails to take this. Raadobarg appears the main danger. Successful in the Lincolnshire at the Curragh on his debut for Johnny Murtagh, he was last seen finishing fourth in the Celebration Stakes when sent off favourite. Ger Lyons saddles both Marbling and Juncture, with Colin Keane opting to partner the latter. She failed to make an impact in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket and finished second in a handicap on her most recent start at the Curragh, with Voice Of Angels, who re-opposes now, back in fourth. Gary Carroll takes the ride on Marbling, who done well to win the Group 3 Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse last month. Charterhouse is without a win in five previous visits to Leopardstown, while Eskimo Komet looks out of his depth.

He comfortably made the breakthrough at Fairyhouse in June and showed a likeable attitude when following-up here last month. Strongly pressed inside the final furlong, he pulled out more in the closing stages, going on to win by half-a-length. Bluegrass is a fascinating contender and warrants the utmost respect, returning to action for the first time since May. Third in the Dante at York over 1m 2f, he might come into his own over this longer trip. Joseph O'Brien trains the selection and also saddles Temple Of Artemis. Previously in the care of his father Aidan, the Galileo colt was successful when stepping up to 1m 4f at Chester in May, and it'll be interesting to see how he fares now. Manu Et Corde, Shajak and Simply Glorious look to be up against it.

Bridgehead is fitted with cheekpieces for the first time and is another for the shortlist with Colin Keane booked to ride.
