That was a big run from EIGHTY EIGHT at Naas last time and if he finds further improvement off just a 2lb higher mark I think he is sure to go close here. Surprisingly he isn’t even favourite for this with a bit of an early gamble on Pierre Lapin. He was well held when last seen over 7f at Galway and it looks like connections are taking a bit of a chance stepping him up in trip now. I wouldn’t want to take a short price as I’m not convinced he is crying out for a mile and a quarter. The selection however looked a good stayer over this trip winning at Gowran a couple of months ago and that’s why I think there might still be a bit of wiggle room off his current mark. Saraqael is obviously unexposed and won well at Galway so could emerge as the danger if improving again. Dances With Stars needs to bounce back but still likely best of the rest.
