Act Of Will seemed to find 5f a bit sharp for him at Ripon so he should appreciate the extra distance, while Sea In The Dark made a pleasing start at Haydock earlier this month and if improving for that outing, would be a big player.

HOW EXCITING was a good second at Beverley on her first start in a nursery and with the winner going in again since, Ann Duffield's filly is the selection off the same mark. Don't Fight It is likely to give it another good go after a respectable C&D third off 1lb higher, while Lupset Flossy Pop looks interesting on her nursery debut after some decent efforts in novice/maiden company.

A chance is taken on C&D winner ABEL HANDY to return to winning ways if the first-time visor has the desired effect. Liam Bailey's sprinter was rated as high as 105 after winning a Group 3 back in 2017 and while he's clearly regressed as the years have gone on, he looks to retain enough ability to go well here if putting his best foot forward. Canaria Prince is respected under a penalty after winning here last week, as is Primo following some good efforts at Wolverhampton lately.

IDILICO (fourth) may have been just over two lengths behind Manjaam (second) when they met at Carlisle earlier in the month, but Dianne Sayer's charge has won nicely over hurdles at Perth since and the step up in trip can see him overturn that form. A respectable sixth in the Northumberland Vase on his penultimate start, Wise Eagle is a capable stayer on his day and could be in the mix, along with Gift Of Raaj and Two Auld Pals.

This can go the way of BRECKLAND, who has been finding his way since joining the Keith Dalgleish stable and could be well suited by the drop in trip, having shown plenty of early pace on his last two outings. Desert Dream has been picking up plenty of minor money, and Bobby Shaftoe and Zumaaty are not without claims either.
