Thaayer has been in good form recently and should be on the premises off the same mark as when just denied here last week. Twistaline would be interesting if ready to go on her first start since February.

ETERNAL CLASS won nicely on debut at Thirsk and Karl Burke's filly has been found a good opportunity to follow up under a penalty if improving as expected. Radio Goo Goo ran some good races in defeat earlier in the year and if freshened up by a break, she would appear to be the biggest danger. Stella Blue made a pleasing start when second at Beverley in April and is one to keep a close eye on after a subsequent absence.

First past the post Street Life and eventual Wolverhampton winner Glasstrees ought to be in the thick of things once again, but a chance is taken on MAY REMAIN. The seven-year-old, now in the care of Ivan Furtado, is 13lb below his last winning mark and his most recent performances suggest he could be close to cashing in. The admirable Ornate is far from out of it if recapturing some sparkle.

Sir Mark Prescott's GLENISTER made an immediate impact when pitched into handicap company earlier this month. His Lingfield success coincided with a step up in trip, which the son of Gleneagles gets once again. He should have more to offer at this longer distance and is expected to shrug off a 4lb rise. Typewritten has been running to a consistent level and is considered, along with Harmonious, who finished a good second over C&D last time out.

CHANTREYS made the frame in a similar C&D event last month and, against some out-of-form rivals, a replication of that effort might be enough to see her home in front. Kraka ought to appreciate the drop in class and he must be seriously considered, along with Hoots Toots, who remains relatively unexposed. Others to note are Well Prepared and Regal World.

Phoenix Beach was a neck behind Sharron Macready when they met at Nottingham but is entitled to reverse that form now on 7lb better terms, though the David Loughnane filly may have more to come after only two starts. Both can go well, but a chance is taken on ELETTARIA, who was third on her Ffos Las debut when looking as if she would learn plenty from the experience and she receives 5lb or more from her biggest rivals.

POKHARA had to weave through horses to win by a neck at Windsor, where she was value for more, and as she races off just 3lb higher, she may prove hard to beat. Morty got up in the last strides over 5f at Chelmsford last week and has a 5lb penalty to contend with, though the added furlong may help him go close again. Summer Secrets was caught close home over a furlong further at Doncaster and is another for the shortlist, along with the dropped-in-class Arnold.

It may be worth taking a chance on SLATE CRACKER, who is still a maiden after six starts but was only beaten a length at Wolverhampton over this trip last time out. That was comfortably his best run yet and if he improves again, a mark of 48 may underestimate his abilities. Bungledupinblue missed the break at Lingfield and can do better, while Twentysharesofgrey goes well here, with a win and two seconds from just the four starts.
