The William Haggas stable remain in good form and I feel that PINK CRYSTAL (best priced at 7/2) will prove hard to beat in this race back up in trip. The three-year-old is extremely consistent with career form figures of 32213112 with her three victories all coming over 6f.

Pink Crystal stayed on strongly over 5f at York last time behind Designer off a mark of 84 and despite the handicapper raising her 3lbs, she should prove hard to beat in this race back up to 6f.

The Prix du Moulin is a race that the French still have a good record in and I feel THE REVENANT (best priced at 10/3) is overpriced against the likes of Coroebus, Order Of Australia and Dreamloper who all have questions to answer following their respective runs last time. The Francis- Henri Graffard trained gelding is now seven but boasts a fantastic record of 12 wins from 19 runs including two wins this season.

The Revenant won a listed race on his reappearance before justifying his short price to win a Group 3 at Saint Cloud last time. He has form figures of 112 at Longchamp with his only defeat coming behind Real World by a short neck last season and I think he should prove hard to beat with Coroebus needing to bounce back from a below par effort in the Prix Jacques le Marois last time.

The Revenant - 1pt @ 10/3

The Michael Dods trained GALE FORCE MAYA (best priced at 5/2) has a good record at York with form figures of 3131 with both of those victories coming this season over this trip of 6f. The six-year-old mare is in the form of her life with three wins already this season and her rating improving from a mark of 98 up to 107. She won her penultimate start over this course and distance off a mark of 104 before finishing a close 2nd in a listed race at Pontefract last month.

Gale Force Maya should prove hard to beat on weight-adjusted ratings and with her course form another positive, she is the obvious selection in this listed race.
