The daughter of Iffraaj may have too much for One Of Our Own, who went close over course and distance last month. A 7lb penalty for a determined success at Brighton recently makes life tougher for Georgiava.

This represents an ideal opportunity for COTAI PEARL to get off the mark, having finished runner-up on two of her three career outings. The step up in trip is likely to aid her cause, while her main rival Machito looks to break the maiden at the eighth time of asking, despite going close on a couple of occasions. Al Hitmi and Gone should not be underestimated either.

A winner over C&D last Tuesday from a subsequent scorer, there is every reason to suggest that ROYAL PROSPECT can go in again under a 4lb penalty. The seven-year-old has won three of his last four starts here and he is likely to have too much staying power for the consistent Stoney Lane, who is winless in 10 attempts at this distance. Bastille couldn't land the odds here last month but he remains one to be interested in, along with Antagonize and Ayr Empress.

Plenty with chances here, but it might be worth siding with SIMULATION THEORY, after he was fifth last time at Southwell in a race that looked fairly strong for the grade. Hildenley was a winner at Hamilton when last seen on the Flat and Tim Easterby's runner would be one to keep an eye on having his first start since a wind operation. Others to note are Captain Corelli and Bashful.

Kimifive bounced back to form at Epsom last week, but under a penalty, he'd be far from sure to back that up, so preference is for Grant Tuer's hat-trick seeker BICEP. The three-year-old won twice at Musselburgh last month and he still looks to be improving, so he could be hard to stop in pursuit of the three-timer. Monhammer has been in excellent form of late and, after a close second at Carlisle last time, he's fancied to go well again nudged up 1lb.

VEGA SICILIA left his debut effort at Windsor behind when a good third at Kempton last month and, with the likelihood of more to come, he's fancied to get off the mark in what looks a winnable contest. The biggest danger will almost certainly be Metabolt, after he took a big step forward to fill the runners-up spot at Chepstow last time, while Star Of Aria is a newcomer to keep a close eye on.

INFINITI's impressive win last time suggested that she was well ahead of her mark and this shorter trip shouldn't pose any problems, so a 4lb penalty looks unlikely to prevent another bold showing. Ludus is still very lightly raced and it would be a surprise if he doesn't turn out to be better than a mark of 67 after his victory at Yarmouth when last seen in June, while Gibside is another in-form rival who cannot be discounted.
