Getthepot (also engaged to run at Worcester on Monday) is another who could have more to offer going up in distance, while Bolsover Bill is entitled to have benefited from his chasing bow at Sedgefield.

This race doesn't look as competitive as the field size might suggest, with last-time-out winner DENABLE given the vote. Although of moderate ability on the Flat, he's unexposed over hurdles with this only his third run in handicap company. He looked to win a stronger race than Belle Na Bann won last time. The Neil Mulholland inmate is an obvious threat and is also unexposed in this sphere. Henri Le Bon is a consistent sort and should run his race once again.

Veteran Judge Earle has thrived this season, winning five of his previous seven starts. He's dangerous to discount, but a 10lb rise and a step up in class should make life tougher. RED HAPPY won when last seen over fences and his subsequent third over the smaller obstacles showed that he's still in good form. Running off just a 3lb higher mark than his seven-length success at Bangor, he has less questions to answer than most. Kinondo Kwetu looks progressive and is best of the remainder.

Addosh should prove popular after a ready success at Southwell, but she's been given a small break since and needs to overcome a career-high mark, so this filly might be worth taking on. FORTUNES MELODY has been running well over fences of late and, now returned to the smaller obstacles, she makes plenty of appeal. Her rider also claims a handy 7lb, so she should be involved if coping with the drop in distance. Lady Reset looks best of the remainder.

The son of Rail Link put a blip over fences behind him and resumed his progress with a win over the smaller obstacles despite the saddle slipping. He's only 4lb higher here and looks set to go close once again. The lightly-raced Buttsbury Lady is feared most after returning from a layoff and needs close monitoring in the betting.
