The hat-trick seeking MISS CANDY looks a good bet at Redcar on Wednesday night. She improved to get up late at Yarmouth and then stayed on strongly up to a mile last month. She is back down to 7f here but that shouldn’t be an inconvenience and a 4lb rise is unlikely to halt her progression. She beat a couple of solid yardsticks the last day so I see no reason to question the form. Albeseeingyer is also on a hat-trick but both her wins have come at Carlisle and I think that track really suits her style. She is still the danger but might need more against the selection. Lucky Lucky Lucky probably ran better than the bare result last time and might be best of the rest. Plenty of exposed types running here so it looks a great opportunity on paper.

The way SHE’S CENTIMENTAL won at Wolverhampton last week was very impressive and it won’t surprise you that the clock very much backed that up. She is obviously open to further improvement after just the two starts and I think she looks well placed to follow up. One Of Our Own is second fav but has had a few chances already and was turned over albeit narrowly last time at short odds. She would have to be vulnerable to an improver and the selection fits the bill despite carrying a penalty for that recent win. Gumais finally made the breakthrough at Kempton last time but I’m not completely sold by the quality of that race and the form may struggle in time. Hadley Park improved last time and might be the value play to hit the frame again.
