FOUND ON showed a willing attitude en route to registering three consecutive wins over fences and is very much the one to beat again. Likely to make the running, he is taken to have too much for Twig, who is respected but might find this a tough transition from the amateur ranks of hunter chases and point-to-points. Skandiburg is tried with a tongue-tie and cheekpieces combination, but needs to improve on his two previous efforts over fences. Arrivederci, who was placed in a Grade 3 over hurdles, has the scope to progress further now going chasing, but he has never raced over this trip before, so has a question to answer about his stamina.
Prediction : 1st Found On 2nd Twig 3rd Arrivederci

BLUE SANS was too good for Anightinlambourn over hurdles at this track in September 2021 and she could be decent value to repeat the feat now switched to fences. The selection unseated her rider on her chasing debut at Sedgefield at the beginning of the month, but it is worth remembering that she was well supported in the betting that day. That was a forgivable mistake and Fergal O'Brien's mare is given the benefit of the doubt. In turn, Anightinlambourn has adapted well to fences and easily brushed aside Princess Midnight when they met here in August. The top weight can be fancied to at least uphold that form, but she isn't one to go overboard with.
Prediction : 1st Blue Sans 2nd Anightinlambourn 3rd Princess Midnight

None of these have been particularly profitable to follow, but ELIOS D'OR is easily the most experienced over fences and could be too wily for her opponents. Robert Walford's mare is a previous C&D winner and certainly appears to save her best efforts for this particular track. Maninsane showed an aptitude for this sphere with an encouraging chase debut at Stratford earlier this month. He has the scope to improve and merits a betting check at least. Koi Dodville has undergone wind surgery since last being in action and, given that he runs for a high-profile yard which is currently enjoying a 20 percent strike-rate, the four-year-old is also suggested as being a big threat to the selection.
Prediction : 1st Elios DOr 2nd Maninsane 3rd Koi Dodville

Ironhill was a good winner of a bumper on his previous outing over 2m at this venue and he is of interest on his hurdles bow, but preference is for SPANISH PRESENT. Martin Keighley's six-year-old was well beaten when fourth at Kelso on his hurdling debut, but he was sent off a very short price for that contest, having finished ninth in the Champion Bumper, so better can be expected here. Seaforth Mancy is another to keep on the right side of.
Prediction : 1st Spanish Present 2nd Ironhill 3rd Seaforth Mancy

This appears to be a fiendishly difficult puzzle to solve with plenty of live chances in this field, but the nod goes to LIGHT N STRIKE. Emma Lavelle's six-year-old was a facile winner over 2m at this venue when gaining a first success over the smaller obstacles and he may be fairly handicapped in this sphere. Presentandcounting arrives here seeking a hat-trick, having won some small-field contests at astronomically short prices, while Give Me A Moment is another in search of three wins in a row that commands respect.
Prediction : 1st Light N Strike 2nd Presentandcounting 3rd Give Me A Moment

SURE TOUCH has made light work of rising through the ratings after some easy wins in maiden/novice company, most recently bringing up his hat-trick over an extended 2m5f at Fontwell, where he scored by 17 lengths. Olly Murphy's six-year-old returns to handicap company and that doesn't appear likely to halt his progression. Finisk River is likely to be the closest pursuer after scoring at Sedgefield last time when running on powerfully to lead close home. Lord Accord heads the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Sure Touch 2nd Finisk River 3rd Lord Accord

Herecomeshogan gained his first success in a maiden hurdle at Newton Abbot last month, but the Martin Keighley-trained inmate is now 8lb higher than when last seen in a handicap, so he might be worth taking on at the forecast prices. PRINCESS T arrives here on the back of a fruitful campaign in Jersey, when winning four of her last five starts, and she won't lack for fitness in this contest. Olympic Conqueror rates best of the others.
Prediction : 1st Princess T 2nd Herecomeshogan 3rd Olympic Conqueror
