It was hard not to be impressed with the way HISPANIC settled it at the Curragh last time eventually winning by 8 lengths. He had blinkers on for the first-time and travelled like a dream before taking it up and easing clear. He looked a bundle of energy throughout and they just couldn’t live with him. While this is obviously a big step up from that he has plenty of potential now the penny has dropped and if he improves again he may well be able to serve it up to his stablemate Aesop’s Fables. The latter looked hugely promising beating stablemate Hans Andersen on reappearance but has failed to match that since and looked a defeated horse dropping away in the Dewhurst. He has a bit to prove despite easing in grade and the value may well lie with the selection who is clearly on an upward trajectory. Bresson easily best of the rest having bumped into the exciting Remarquee at Salisbury last month.
