Crystal Caprice looked progressive before finishing third at Newmarket but even in defeat there that was a good effort so she has to be feared. This is competitive though and on value grounds I think she might be opposable. I like INTERNATIONALANGEL for Jane Chapple-Hyam. This likeable mare has some really good form to her name in defeat this season chasing home the likes of Highfield Princess, Oscula, Tempus and last time Pogo at Newmarket. Going back up to a mile and switching to the AW will both suit and I’m surprised she is as big as 9/2 at the time of writing. If the favourite Crystal Caprice does run below form then Queen Aminatu might emerge as a greater threat. That second to Soft Whisper at Ascot last time was a big run and she shaped as though she’ll enjoy going back up to a mile. Of the rest the reliable Oscula also deserves plenty of respect.
