Sure Touch was in fine fettle during the summer and he demands the utmost respect, but preference is for UNE DE LA SENIERE. Fergal O'Brien's mare drops in class having contested a 0-120 at Warwick earlier this month, and from 3lb below her last successful mark, she could regain the winning thread. The Plimsoll Line can follow them home, ahead of Halifax. Prediction : 1st Une De La Seniere 2nd Sure Touch 3rd The Plimsoll Line

Withdrawn from his intended hurdling debut on account of the ground at Cheltenham last week, HULLNBACK arrives with an excellent chance. He finished a gallant second in a Grade 2 bumper at Aintree in April, which ranks among the best form in this line-up, and he will be tough to beat if able to transfer that to timber. Pikar was far from disgraced in the Rossington Main at Haydock in January and could give the selection plenty to think about. Butch, Lipa K and Timeforatune are others to consider. Prediction : 1st Hullnback 2nd Pikar 3rd Butch
14:35 Chepstow
Those with experience need to step forward and, with that in mind, a chance is taken on BEAU BALKO. Paul Nicholls' stable has made a blistering start to the new campaign and the well-related son of Balko could add another success to the tally. Evan Williams and Adam Wedge have often been a lethal combination at this venue, so Ideallko demands the utmost respect. Uncle Arthur, who landed a bumper at Worcester in June, heads the remainder. Prediction : 1st Beau Balko 2nd Ideallko 3rd Uncle Arthur
15:10 Chepstow
Ridgeway impressed with the manner of his performance at Kempton on his chasing bow and might well be able to shrug off the 7lb penalty for what turned out to be an easy win. He's certainly going the right way and seems capable of eclipsing his achievements over hurdles, but MASCAT has also shown an aptitude for this discipline and has scope to make a good deal of progress. He's got a good cruising speed from his time on the Flat and appeals as the better value option at the likely odds. Ballyblack debuts over fences but can figure if coping with the drop in trip.Prediction : 1st Mascat 2nd Ridgeway 3rd Ballyblack
15:45 Chepstow
SONIGINO showed the benefit of a wind operation when emerging a ready winner over C&D on his return. He fully justified favouritism that day and, from just a 4lb higher mark, he will be hard to beat again. French import Playful Saint made a successful start for his current connections at Wetherby in March, but reportedly suffered a slight injury in the process. He returns at a realistic level and is one to seriously consider, especially if market support arrives for him. Forever William is dangerous to underestimate too.Prediction : 1st Sonigino 2nd Playful Saint 3rd Forever William
16:20 Chepstow
Jeremy Pass has had wind surgery but faces no easy task under top weight, while Wayfinder sports cheekpieces for the first time in his bid for a third consecutive success. He's respected but is now on a career-high figure after being burdened with another 4lb following victory in a three-horse race over C&D in April. Preference is for TRUCKIN AWAY, who is set to compete from 6lb lower than his only previous chase success and is taken to exploit the opportunity.Prediction : 1st Truckin Away 2nd Wayfinder 3rd Jeremy Pass
16:55 Chepstow
EASKEY LAD arrive here fit after some excellent recent efforts over fences and he must hold every chance if transferring that form to timber. Rebecca Curtis' charge stays this trip well and he gets the vote ahead of the returning Cobra Commander, who was in terrific form over the larger obstacles at the back end of last season. T'Araison is another open to improvement on just his sixth career start. Prediction : 1st Easkey Lad 2nd Cobra Commander 3rd TAraison
17:30 Chepstow
By a sire in Walk In The Park who is well known for producing bumper horses, LIME AVENUE appeals most in here for a stable that has made an excellent start to the campaign. Police Academy impressed on her only Irish point-to-point start in March and she is one to note for market support, along with I Giorni, who hails from a yard that knows how to ready one. Of those with experience, Blue Clover and Walk Of No Shame lead the way.Prediction : 1st Lime Avenue 2nd Police Academy 3rd Blue Clover
