Gary Moore's charge should have too much for the likes of Gold In Doha, who is entitled to improve on a relatively promising second at Taunton, and Norton Hill, who is interesting on his first start for new connections.

The selection is SAYADAM, who has long shaped as though this trip would bring out the best in him, if not further. The form of the stable is another plus and he is narrowly preferred to Whatsupwithyou, who ended last season with a determined win at Uttoxeter and remains well handicapped on old form. Taking Newton Abbot winner Wavering Down is likely to be thereabouts as well.

PARLIAMENT HILL has won two of his four starts since moving to Olly Murphy and is sure to be have been well schooled for his chase debut. He signed off last season with an authoritative display at Plumpton and has gone well when fresh in the past. Rose Sea Has attempted to make all on his reappearance at Uttoxeter three weeks ago but finished a creditable runner-up behind Cawthorne, and that run may have put him spot on for this. Darebin has shown a liking for this track in the past and is respected too.

FORWARD PLAN has shown considerable improvement since going up to this trip on his last two starts and, although he's yet to get his head in front having finished second both occasions, this looks an ideal opportunity for the six-year-old gelding. The hat-trick seeking Presenting Yeats had a fine time of it last month scoring twice in a week and is an obvious threat to all. It's no surprise to see Alkopop returning to hurdles and he is noted too.

TOAD OF TOAD HALL returns to the track and if he's able to pick up from where he left off here in June, this should be a good opportunity to continue his progression. Alexander Dunn's runner scored in good style over C&D when last seen and, raised just 3lb for that success, he should take all of the beating. Waikiki Waves enjoys it at this venue but he'll have to return to form, while Coolvalla should also be thereabouts.

Preference is for TARA ITI. Gary Moore's four-year-old was a good second off this mark last time over 2m at Plumpton and he shaped as if this extra yardage would be a positive. Beat The Heat is likely to be the biggest danger after scoring over 2m3f at this venue when last seen. Raised 6lb for that success, he could be a touch vulnerable here but is noted along with Tommy Dillion.
