Now this won’t be easy conceding 12lb and more to his rivals but I still think class could shine through and at the prices FIDDLERONTHEROOF is worth siding with. After all he is a Grade 1 winner in this sphere having won the Tolworth by six lengths as a six-year-old. He won’t mind if the ground softens with an uneasy forecast and I think he can carry 12 stone to victory here. He is still actually fairly lightly raced for his age and I think this track will suit so quite a few positives.

Captain Morgs and Call Me Lord are vying for favouritism but I think both are opposable and I actually see Jay Bee Why as the main danger. He is off a mark of 130 now and has run well at this track in the past so if fully tuned up for his return could run a big race. Dorking Boy isn’t always the most straightforward but back at this course he would also have to enter calculations here.
