I have this between two and given one is favourite and the other is 11/2 it is OLD PORT that I’m going to play. This son of The Gurkha won for the sixth time this year staying on well to score at Wolverhampton over this trip last month and even though he was beaten at Newmarket last time I think he could be well handicapped. He clearly goes particularly well on the AW and he should get a good pace to run down here with Alexander James and Natural World likely to push forward early.

Chichester is definitely the danger as he only went down half a length at Southwell last time where he was slowly away and had enough ground to make up. Of the rest Fantastic Fox got back on track finishing second to an easy winner in Mujtaba at Newbury but will still need to find more to spring an upset in this.
