LAS CUATRO was green as grass on debut and could benefit from stepping up in distance. A sister to two stakes winners, she was well backed on debut a fortnight ago but was slowly away and all at sea for much of the race, before finished well against more experienced rivals. Catherine Of Siena is consistent and useful but looks vulnerable against the selection. Indian Outlaw was well beaten by the winner when finishing third on soft ground at Naas last month, but the runner-up won subsequently and she could be suited by today's all-weather surface. Capital Guarantee, third in a barrier trial, drops in trip having faded late on here recently. Californiagoldrush is a half-sister to four winners, stablemate Oneplusone is the first foal from a seven-time winning mare but both should benefit from their debuts.
Prediction : 1st Las Cuatro 2nd Catherine Of Siena 3rd Indian Outlaw

HODD'S GIRL is a five-time winner who is in form. Her last two runs were over seven furlongs but she won over today's distance in August and while 1lb higher than when second here last month, is ridden by a 7lb claimer. Ampeson's rider also claims 7lb and while he has won at this distance, his best form is over slightly further. Rocky Dreams is a six-time winner but competes from a career high mark. Is That Love's winning six-furlong form is on heavy ground and might prefer seven furlongs on this surface.
Prediction : 1st Hodds Girl 2nd Ampeson 3rd Rocky Dreams

SLIEVE BINNIAN is somewhat unexposed. Out of a Listed winning dam and a half-brother to a Group 3 winner, his form is ordinary but shaped reasonably well on soft ground last month, should be suited to a sounder surface and steps up to a mile. He is held by Fendi on that Gowran form and while also 7lb worse off, is capable of more progression. Well bred Fendi, a half-sister to a Prix de l'Abbaye winnerhas ordinary form but was second in claimer in August and can turn September placings with Reigles (being 10lb better off), and has a low weight. Reigles was probably unsuited by soft ground at Gowran and can get place. Giselles Romance is exposed by should be suited by stepping back up to a mile, having run well at this distance in September. Asfastaslightening and Trident Star are closely matched on Fairyhouse form in September and both return to a sound surface.
Prediction : 1st Slieve Binnian 2nd Fendi 3rd Reigles

It isn't ideal that EGLISH ran on Wednesday but she is better suited by this slightly longer distance and is holding form. She had plenty on her plate in Wednesday's claimer but is a six-time winner who is helped by her rider's 4lb claim. She is closely matched with Pretty Smart on an October meeting and while Pretty Smart won that C&D race, most of her form is at six furlongs. Three year old Might And Mercy could continue to improve but lacks a run on her all-weather debut, meeting experienced rivals. Bear Hugs won over course and distance last month and while 4lb higher but under his rider's 7lb claim, is badly drawn in 17. Prioritise drops back in distance and is drawn wide in 16 while Fastman's best form is on turf. Skontonovski won over course and distance last year but his best form is at a mile.
Prediction : 1st Eglish 2nd Pretty Smart 3rd Might And Mercy

CEALLACH ran a stormer when beaten a neck by a course-specialist stablemate over C&D last month. He put in plenty of good late work to press the winner and could go one better. On his penultimate start, he delivered over an extended 1m2f at this track. Lunar Power is a former C&D winner who was last seen taking third place in a Grade B handicap hurdle at Listowel. He looks a player. Grandmaster Flash is more than capable of running well off a break. His last victory came over course and distance so he has to be respected in this grade, despite the welter burden of 10st 3lb. Boom Boom Boom has won two of his last three races, including on his Polytrack debut over C&D at the start of the month. This is a big jump in class, but he is going the right way.
Prediction : 1st Ceallach 2nd Lunar Power 3rd Grandmaster Flash

CHUTZPAL showed an aptitude for this surface when chasing home a well-handicapped winner just over a week ago. He raced prominently that day and is drawn to do the same in stall one. Qaabil is of interest up in trip. He won over a mile on his penultimate start in Gowran Park and kept on to get up for third over the same trip in Thurles. He has placed form on all-weather surfaces in Britain. Make The Switch has better claims than his form figures would suggest. He is reverting to the Flat and his last victory came over C&D. The handicapper has given him a chance and Colin Keane gets the leg-up for the first time. Well Funded won over hurdles in Punchestown last month and competes off a very lowly mark. Muntahez is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Chutzpal 2nd Qaabil 3rd Make The Switch

John McConnell had a double at Dundalk on Wednesday and his ROCKVIEW ROMAN is a strong contender for this prize. The Holy Roman Emperor gelding was a staying-on third over a similar trip at Galway last month. His two career victories came on the Polytrack at this venue. Mephisto's fourth behind a very in-form winner over C&D in September merits respect and he ought to be well in the hunt for a cheque. Dixon Line is markedly up in trip after a keeping-on fourth over 7f at the Curragh, but Seamus Heffernan is a notable jockey booking. Elegant Lass is only rated 38 on the Flat but, on her penultimate start, she landed a rated novice chase in Tramore. She has also won three times over hurdles, so it isn't hard to see her performing better than her rating would suggest. Lariat is well drawn for a prominent racer.
Prediction : 1st Rockview Roman 2nd Mephisto 3rd Dixon Line

20:15 Dundalk

Paddy Twomey is more than adept at having one ready to win on debut and his EXPRESS WAY catches the eye. She is related to a plethora of winners and is a half-sister to Epsom Oaks heroine Was. Joseph O'Brien's Selador has finished runner-up in two of her four starts, including over C&D. She should be involved at the business end. Nel was a beaten favourite in fifth over 1m at this venue in October. She could be a factor over this new trip. Rockview Consort is more than capable of getting in the mix. Reginalds Tower has shown some promise in bumpers and is far from out of it. Stuntman is another newcomer to keep an eye on in the market.
Prediction : 1st Express Way 2nd Selador 3rd Nel
