This is a really competitive race but I was quite surprised to see SERGEANT so big in the market for Milton Harris. This horse is coming here off the back of a fall but he was yet to come with his effort when taking a tumble at Plumpton last month and if he bounces back here he will be a danger to all. He was a convincing winner over Lucky Lover Boy at Stratford back in September and the runner-up has advertised that form since winning three times and looking progressive. He will likely be ridden quietly here and that may well pay dividends. Maxcel made a winning handicap debut at Hereford 11 days ago and looks the danger despite a 7lb rise. Rhebus Road should still have more to offer and didn’t shape badly when runner-up at Fakenham on return so if building on that would definitely be another one to note.
