Brentford Hope was obviously very useful on the Flat but he wasn’t always the most straightforward and I certainly don’t think this is a given. He may well come on for the experience and I’m surprised to see him top the market at 11/8 as that looks hugely opposable to me. Western Zephyr is the one being backed for Charlie Longsdon and he needs to be respected now hurdling but at a bigger price I prefer EARTH CRY for Milton Harris. This 4yo is unbeaten under Rules having shown a good attitude to win on debut before making it 2-2 in bumpers at Market Rasen. He could have lots more to come now hurdling and with fitness on side he is definitely overpriced in here. Major Fortune struck me as a type that would relish going jumping and he is another one I’m interested to see how he gets on. Definitely look away from the top of the market here.
