Fortuitous Find rates an intriguing newcomer under Rules given his pointing background.

Mackenberg was a game winner on his seasonal debut at Ayr last month but he could face a tougher assignment off top weight in this contest, so it is easier to side with TOPOFTHECOTSWOLDS. Nigel Twiston-Davies' charge bolted up at Ludlow earlier this month and a 4lb rise seems fairly lenient following that 10-length victory. The King Of May is another worthy of consideration.

Similar to his stable, CORNICELLO has been in tremendous form of late and the step up in trip could eke out further improvement as he looks to make it three wins from his last four starts. Not many of these arrive in the form he does but Okavango Delta performed with plenty of credit on his handicap debut last month and is likely to come on for it. Finalshot and Stratton Oakmont cannot be ruled out either.
