COLLECTIVE POWER has gained all three wins over this trip including twice over C&D and appears to be still on a competitive mark. The Eddie Lynam-trained gelding shaped well when runner-up to Dandyville over a furlong further here last time and the winner boosted the form when following up last Friday. Lokada is on a hat-trick after adding to a maiden win by beating No Speed Limit also over C&D last week. A 10lb hike for that latest success will make life more difficult, while others for the shortlist include Inishmot Prince, who beat No Speed Limit over six here on Wednesday, and Aloysius Lilius.
Prediction : 1st Collective Power 2nd Lokada 3rd Inishmot Prince

MAN OF EDEN has shown promise on all four starts including over C&D when only three lengths behind Adelaide River. The winner went on to be placed in a Group 1 at Saint-Cloud while the selection should appreciate the return to a mile having finished well over seven in a Curragh nursery that has worked out well. Initial Attempt ran a cracker despite a slow start here on debut a fortnight ago when finishing with great effect behind Whispering Royal. Just An Hour cost 450,000 guineas as a yearling and is certainly bred in the purple being by Justify from the family of Shamardal and Street Cry. Curvature is another interesting newcomer by Lope De Vega and closely related to French Derby winner Intello.
Prediction : 1st Man Of Eden 2nd Initial Attempt 3rd Just An Hour

FEDERAL is obviously not the easiest to train but is an intriguing runner nevertheless. The Zoffany gelding won a Leopardstown maiden on his only juvenile start but has been sidelined for much of the time since with foot problems. He certainly made up for lost time when landing the Irish Cambridgeshire at the Curragh and while absent again for three months, the handicapper has not been too harsh. Yerwanthere has also joined Joseph O'Brien since winning in good style on debut at Leopardstown this summer for Pat Foley. Pierre Lapin won here on his penultimate start and remains on a competitive mark, while Howyoulikethat and Walhaan renew rivalry after being separated by a length over C&D.
Prediction : 1st Federal 2nd Pierre Lapin 3rd Yerwanthere

MALAYSIAN was given a mark of 81 after winning a Cork juvenile maiden for Jessica Harrington. She's tumbled down the ratings since but gave encouragement last time over C&D when a close fourth to Jaafel before being disqualified for weighing in 3lb light. That was still a decent effort and runner-up Leclerc gave the form a timely boost when scoring here on Wednesday. The selection's previous outing behind Zonik came after a summer break so there are solid grounds for believing she can reverse those places. Qaabil scored in good style over this trip at Gowran and should appreciate the return to a mile, while Vlad The Impaler could go well off a light weight.
Prediction : 1st Malaysian 2nd Qaabil 3rd Zonik

ACES WILD, a half-brother to a Listed winner, was narrowly beaten over course and distance nine days ago. He shaped well on debut and improved when beaten a short-head by a more experienced type subsequently and can confirm placings with sixth-placed Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru herself shaped well in that race, having raced too keen on her only French start when finishing last of 10 at Longchamp in May. She should improve but has just under five lengths to find with the selection. Diamondsinthesand is a lightly-raced five-year-old who showed improvement when second on heavy ground at Naas but reverts to a different surface. Senor Carrots finished ahead of Capuchinero in a recent handicap and both drop in distance, while Tack disappointed in the recent maiden contested by the selection.
Prediction : 1st Aces Wild 2nd Lake Nakuru 3rd Diamondsinthesand

DALVEY, once rated 99, can reverse recent placings with Ceallach. The selection's rating has slipped in recent times but he has been running well and while he has half a length to find with Ceallach on a recent meeting, he met plenty trouble in-running then and is now 3lb better off. Ceallach is a progressive three-year-old who has improved in recent times and while he seems to excel at this distance, might struggle to beat the selection today. No Say Ever was fourth in that recent race and has place claims, while Cozone gained a belated second success here recently but drops down in distance. Cursory Exam, who races from 1lb out of the handicap, has more on his plate than when winning a lesser-grade handicap here in October.
Prediction : 1st Dalvey 2nd Ceallach 3rd No Say Ever

DARK STREET seemed to show a little improvement when finishing second over this distance recently. Most of his racing had been done at a mile but he ran a fine race when finishing second (Celtic Revival was sixth, Evening Verse 10th) to a useful mare over this distance recently and is just 1lb higher in an ordinary race today. Lily Of The Glen got off the mark at the 21st attempt recently, beating Stardayz into second and Gemini Man into third and each has obvious claims from similar ratings. Mephisto has won just once from 28 starts and drops in distance but has been in good form. Innamorare is a six-time winner whose rating has fallen but she hasn't won for three years. Mr Mills has useful form on soft turf ground but runs on a different surface.
Prediction : 1st Dark Street 2nd Lily Of The Glen 3rd Stardayz

TA NA LA is a keen-goer who is drawn 15 but ran well in a better handicap last month. A 12-race maiden with form at this distance, she bumped into a gambled winner in a three-year-olds' 16 days ago and today meets some old stagers. Kampala Beach, another three-year-old, beat five of today's rivals when a well-backed winner last month. He had previously failed to cope with soft ground at Gowran and is now 6lb higher. Numidia was second to Kampala Beach but is a 15-race maiden, while Kartayaz is a capable dual course winner who missed the break at Navan on his latest run but returns from a short break. The Peckhampouncer's rating has fallen to a manageable level recently, while Sheila ran well here last week but is drawn wide in 17. Spirituoso is holding her form and ran well in a similar handicap last month.
Prediction : 1st Ta Na La 2nd Kampala Beach 3rd Numidia
