This could go the way of the Nicky Henderson-trained VALSHEDA, who was last seen securing a comfortable victory at Ffos Las in March. He has gone up 4lb for that success, but remains unexposed and certainly looks capable of following up on his return to action. Le Breuil bolted up on his latest start at Huntingdon and seems a big threat, while Step Back is another to bear in mind.
Prediction : 1st Valsheda 2nd Le Breuil 3rd Step Back

A fiendishly difficult puzzle to solve in which marginal preference is for KANSAS DU BERLAIS, who arrives here having finished a creditable fourth in Listed company at Auteuil in September. A drop in class can see him sneak closer into contention, although Non Stop was a game winner at Warwick last month and should not be underestimated with Harry Cobden in the saddle. Planet Legend makes his hurdling bow following a series of creditable efforts on the Flat and completes the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Kansas Du Berlais 2nd Non Stop 3rd Planet Legend

MILAN BRIDGE walked over on his chasing bow last month but finished second behind Remastered on his penultimate start over hurdles at Aintree, so is capable of delivering a good performance. Connections now reach for a first-time tongue-tie and he should not be taken lightly, while Fable makes her return to action following wind surgery and can also be expected to go well. The hat-trick seeking Gloire D'Athon has to merit a lot of respect too.
Prediction : 1st Milan Bridge 2nd Fable 3rd Gloire DAthon

MAN AT WORK made a very favourable impression when scoring on his hurdling debut at Aintree last month. The David Pipe stable are in excellent form at present and this former point-to-pointer is preferred to the rapidly-progressive Maximilian, who is four from four under Rules. Henri The Second is entitled to come on for his Chepstow effort, while Park This One is likely to make it a test from the front.
Prediction : 1st Man At Work 2nd Maximilian 3rd Park This One

A determined winner at Kelso last time out, CORRIGEEN ROCK could take plenty of stopping off a 2lb higher mark here. Rose Sea Has has been in consistent form of late and he is likely to be thereabouts once more alongside Miss Amelia, who is a capable mare on her day. Course-specialist Darebin is another who should not be underestimated either.
Prediction : 1st Corrigeen Rock 2nd Rose Sea Has 3rd Miss Amelia

HUGOS NEW HORSE managed to assert late on when getting off the mark over hurdles at Wincanton last month and this stiffer test should suit on his handicap debut. Rated as high as 113 on the level, Raymond Tusk has yet to set the world alight over hurdles but he cannot be discounted. Mothill's winning run came to an end at Cheltenham last month but that was still a respectable effort.
Prediction : 1st Hugos New Horse 2nd Raymond Tusk 3rd Mothill
