The drop back down to a mile may well see CHAZZESMEE open his account at Dundalk on Monday. This son of Excelebration had a bad experience when last here pulling up injured but given plenty of time it was good to see him back in form when fourth at the Curragh back in October. He travelled strongly into that race and hit the front before getting grabbed late. A mile looks his optimum trip and off a mark of just 61 he should have a big shout here. Jaafel is eyeing up a hat-trick and has to be feared but he carries a penalty turned out quickly here and this will be tougher. I actually think Mulgrave could be the danger as he ran on well over 7f here last time and was only beaten 2 lengths at the line. He needs to improve but back up to a mile should get competitive. The Bog Bank has won over C&D in the past and she certainly wasn’t disgraced here in fourth last week so also respected.
