Royal Cay should appreciate this extra distance, but does need to put his last effort at this venue behind him. A bigger threat may come from Camusdarach, who might have more to offer now making his handicap debut.

Hello Queen is another newcomer to watch in the market in what rates a tricky puzzle to solve.

BARENBOIM won with plenty in hand at Kempton on Wednesday and even the jockey temporarily dropping the rein didn't put him out of his stride near the finish. A 5lb penalty does make things tougher but he may be up to giving weight away in this company. Qaasid was placed in a higher grade at Lingfield when last seen and appeals as an obvious danger, while Bugle Major has dropped to a very lenient mark and is dangerous to rule out.
