Steve Ryder is back with two tip for today's action.

This looks a competitive handicap but preference goes to ACONCAGUA MOUNTAIN (best priced at 9/4) who was an impressive winner over this course and distance last time. The Iain Jardine trained four-year-old had previously struggled at Newcastle and Catterick under inexperienced 7lb claimers but bounced back to form last time over this course and distance under Andrew Mullen.
The handicapper has raised Aconcagua 7lbs for his easy 2 ¼ length success which is fair and I expect him to prove hard to beat dropped in class from a 0-60 into a 0-55 handicap.

The Philip Kirby trained CARACRISTI (best priced at 11/4) has been running consistently well recently and deserves to get her head in front in this race. She finished a close 3rd at Newcastle in October before finishing 3rd over 1m½f here last time. She finished 2nd by ½ length over the same course and distance last time when slightly impeded late on and a repeat of that effort will see her go close.
All three of her recent placed efforts have come off a mark of 50 so Caracristi will no doubt be competitive and hopefully she will get her head in front for Kevin Stott.
