This won’t take a massive amount of winning so I think it represents a good chance for BLACKJACK to get himself back in the winners enclosure. He has run three very solid races in defeat since returning and was only held a neck at Chelmsford last time. The winner Araifjan was only denied a nose in his bid to follow up so the form stacks up especially at this level. There isn’t a huge amount of pace on so I think he’ll go forward and he might always be in the best position to pounce.

My Boy Jack remains a maiden but he is running well enough to be a danger in here given the lack of quality on show. He is better than what he showed at Wolverhampton last time but his previous few runs would make him seriously competitive. Tahonta was beaten just a length by Camachess over C&D last week and he is another one that could be in their pitching for a long way.
