Shomen Uchi has some fair bumper form to his name and is another to note on this first appearance over obstacles.

Nocte Volatus and Equus Dancer shouldn't be underestimated on their belated returns.

MR VANGO, who cost 30,000 pounds after winning between the flags in February, looks a solid option despite picking up a 5lb penalty for his gutsy success on his debut under Rules at Haydock three weeks ago. He displayed a willing attitude that day and ticks the right boxes as regards trip and ground. Grove Road is an obvious threat after scoring over 2m4f on his hurdles debut in October, while Inflexible is another to bear in mind.

CREDO was comfortably on top of Flowing Cadenza when they encountered each other at Chepstow last month and the seven-year-old created the impression that she had a lot more to offer over fences. ROGER RAREBIT may have found the trip just a bit too sharp when he was run out of things in the closing stages at Lingfield last month and could gain compensation for that defeat here. Isle Of Aron and Gyllen are suggested as the pick of the remainder.
