BO ZENITH, who is out of a half-sister to a Listed winner over hurdles, registered a comfortable success on his only start in France and can make an immediate impression for his new yard. The gelding handled soft ground on his introduction last April and has a lot going for him as he steps out on the next phase of his development. Mombasa may be sharper after his debut for Philip Hobbs last month, while I Have A Voice looks best of the rest.

LOVE ENVOI, who won the Mares' Novices' Hurdle at last year's Cheltenham Festival, is the most striking option and, given that she is also a previous C&D winner, the Harry Fry-trained mare is hard to oppose back here. Martello Sky has experience at this level and is expected to make sure the selection is pushed all the way to the line. Fautinette never travelled on her UK debut in the Juvenile Hurdle at Aintree last April but may do better if she is raring to go after a 275-day break.

PRECIOUS ELEANOR, who won a Listed race over an extended 2m4f at Cheltenham last April, is likely to be suited by dropping back in trip after finding three miles to be a taxing distance on her seasonal return at Market Rasen 58 days ago. Henry Daly's mare acts on the forecast going and is taken to get back to winning ways. Certainly Red was brought down on her penultimate start but showed now ill effects when winning over 3m1f at Wincanton last month. He is respected, while Gemirande cannot be ruled out either.

GREY DIAMOND only weakened late on when third on his return at Cheltenham last November and the form of that race has worked out extremely well since. A winner over C&D, Sam Thomas' charge looks to be on a workable mark, with his main danger possibly being The Last Day, who won a valuable handicap at Aintree when last seen and has gone very well fresh in the past. A winner over C&D last month, Corrigeen Rock will have a tougher task off a 9lb higher mark, while fellow hat-trick seeker Dreams Of Home must also enter calculations.

The Irish have not won this since Yorkhill in 2016 but they look to have a leading contender this time around in the shape of easy Cork winner ARCTIC BRESIL. The six-year-old is bred along the same line as last year's spectacular winner Constitution Hill and he looks open to any amount of improvement. The same can be said of C&D winner Authorised Speed, although he will need to brush up on his jumping at this level. Tahmuras is another who has made quite the impression and he should be thereabouts at the finish.

Snow Leopardess disappointed when finishing a distant eighth in the Becher Chase at Aintree last month and can improve off 4lb lower, especially as she is now rated just 2lb above her last winning mark. However, a chance can be taken on the Venetia Williams-trained CHAMBARD. He likely needed his seasonal debut at Haydock in November and was a surprise 40/1 winner of the Kim Muir on his penultimate outing at the Cheltenham Festival. He has dropped to 6lb above that mark and is entitled to improve from his latest outing, while Ramses De Teillee bolted up on his most recent run at Warwick and is another to consider.

A fairly open contest in which preference is for LIGHTLY SQUEEZE. He bolted up on his most recent run at Kempton in November and a 6lb raised mark looks unlikely to stop him following up, but Paul Nicholls is in flying form so Iceo should not be underestimated arriving off a 315-day break. Djelo remains very unexposed and has shown plenty on all three starts to suggest he can also have a say in proceedings.
