The lightly raced INCRIMINATION (best priced at 11/8) made a winning debut at Dundalk when trained by Ger Lyons and she was an impressive winner over this course and distance 10 days ago. The Conrad Allen trained four-year-old finished 3rd on her debut for new connections in December before winning by three lengths over this course and distance last time.

The handicapper raised Incrimination 7lbs for that victory but she instead runs here under a 5lb penalty meaning that she is 2lbs “well in” at the weights. El Hombre is another who is “well in” at the weights but he is 0-5 at Lingfield and therefore preference goes to Incrimination with William Carver taking off a handy 3lbs.

The Roger Fell trained LARGE ACTION (best priced at 7/2) outran odds of 25/1 to make a winning chasing debut at Musselburgh last time and he should prove hard to beat under a 7lb penalty. The seven-year-old had previously dropped from a mark of 97 to a mark of 87 in only four runs including when pulled up on both of his runs this season before winning easily last time.

Large Action won easily by 13 lengths at Musselburgh on his chasing debut off a mark of 87 and the handicapper has raised him 10lbs for that victory. He instead runs here under 7lb penalty meaning that he is 3lbs “well in” at the weights and that should mean he proves hard to beat if he is in the same form as last time.

Recent course and distance winner Rikona is respected back at this venue but preference instead goes to SUNDAYINMAY (best priced at 5/2) whose form received another boost last night. The William Knight trained five-year-old has a good record at Lingfield in handicaps with form figures of 31612 with her latest run being a close 2nd over this course and distance.

Sundayinmay was beaten by a neck that day by Goldsmith who has since followed up by two lengths off a 2lb higher mark and the fourth Asdaa boosted the form last night winning at Chelmsford off a 7lb higher mark. Sundayinmay runs here off a 2lb higher mark which looks lenient and she should prove hard to beat.
