George Boughey has had great success with horses in handicaps this season and EHTEYAT (best priced at 11/8) is another progressive type who still looks well handicapped. The four-year-old was well backed to win on his handicap debut at Southwell when he won easily by eight lengths off a mark of 67 before struggling with the drop down in trip to 1m2f on his next start.

Ehteyat won well by 1 ¾ lengths under Kevin Stott last time at Southwell back over 1m6f off a mark of 72 and he runs here off a 13lbs higher mark here. He steps further up in trip to 2 miles here which looks sure to suit and it is interesting that connections have booked Ryan Moore for the ride. This will no doubt prove his last run in a Class 5 0-75 handicap and he should prove hard to beat before stepping up in class.
