River Chorus proved somewhat underwhelming when last seen running at Southwell over 6f in December, but she shouldn't be underestimated now back to a winning distance.

ROOFUL lost little in defeat when proving no match for the progressive Zealot, who has subsequently won four times, here in December and she could regain the winning thread off an unchanged mark. Piffle should remain competitive off a 1lb higher mark after finishing a good second over this distance at Wolverhampton earlier in the month and is feared most, ahead of stable debutant Angel Amadea, who looks likely to appreciate the return to this trip.

Karakoy and Papal Music make most appeal of the newcomers on pedigree and any market support for either is worth noting.

UZINCSO returned to form having been well supported in the betting on his latest outing, finishing a good fourth over C&D earlier this month. John Butler's seven-year-old, a multiple winner over track and trip, was dropped 2lb in the ratings for that effort and he could regain the winning thread if running to a similar level here. Billy Mill shaped with promise on his return from a 118-day absence and he has the capacity to be involved from an unchanged mark. Others to note include Mawkeb and Asdaa.

ZIGGY posted a magnificent effort in a conditions event at Newcastle earlier this month, finishing second despite having plenty to find with the principals. He's more favourably treated back in a handicap and Harry Eustace's gelding is fancied to make go one better here. The progressive Capital Theory is likely to be at the head of things once more, while King Of The South, who wasn't seen to best effect over 1m2f behind the selection last time out, can produce a bold bid back over further.

Both Rogue Missile and Cool Lightning shed their maiden tags in game fashion at Chelmsford on their most recent runs, but the first-named has not been seen since July and could face a struggle off top-weight on her handicap bow. Therefore, preference is for the Tony Carroll-trained KENSINGTON AGENT, who has gone up 4lb following a comfortable victory at Wolverhampton over this trip last time out. She was only narrowly denied on her penultimate start at this track and looks set to secure a double based on her most recent success.

A 2lb raised mark looks unlikely to stop him having a big say in proceedings based on recent events, but Swaffham Bulbeck makes a return to the all-weather having been kept busy over timber most recently and should not be dismissed. Tibbie Dunbar is another to bear in mind.
