The lightly raced MASTER DANCER could bounce back at Newbury on Saturday. He still possesses potential despite pulling up when last seen at Kempton. He has been given plenty of time since and given he won impressively when last fresh at Stratford he should still have major claims off his current handicap mark. This looks winnable and I think he represents decent value in the betting.

Artistic Choice is favourite at the time of writing having got his head back in front at Huntingdon last month but this looks a better race and he is going to need to find more. Gipsy De Choisel looked good winning at Warwick and wasn’t disgraced at Ascot so is my idea of a greater danger. Black Poppy won at Hereford and Newbury last year but was disappointing on final start back in December albeit will appreciate coming back in trip now.
