I don’t think this will take a great deal of winning so MOONLIGHT GLORY looks a standout to me with confidence high following that win over hurdles last month. Back over fences she should be able to take advantage of this handicap mark and with Brian Hughes up she can follow up. Moore Clouds could be the danger but she is likely to go forward and if Going Mobile takes her on that would be an ideal scenario as they could help soften each other up. If that does happen then Fearless Action might be the one to give the selection most to think about. He bumped into Gandhi Maker here on chase debut last time and if improving again should run well. Of the rest Budarri rolled back the years to get his head back in front at Musselburgh but back up 5lb may prove vulnerable once more.

Another race lacking strength in depth so BELLA KOPELLA looks the way to go. This filly by Awtaad caught the eye going close on handicap debut at Kempton before going one better over C&D back in September. She went off quite a big price but always looked to travel strongly off the pace before coming through to win with a bit up her sleeve. She went up 4lb and was denied just a neck over the same track and trip last time. Given time since she is likely to have improved again and just 2lb higher I’ll be surprised if she doesn’t go close. Rowan Scott gets the leg up and with plenty of pace on it should pan out perfectly. Ok Pal won over 6f at Kempton last month but up 4lb he needs to prove himself over this extra furlong and I’m not convinced. Na Scoitear has been shaping okay and is also worth a mention.
