Following a string of consistent runs BELLAGIO MAN deserved to get his head back in front at Southwell last month. He may have only prevailed by a neck but I liked the way he swept through to take it up and he was always holding on at the finish. That was a decent speed figure too so I think there is good reason to think he can back that up here. He has only gone up 2lb and looks good value at around 5/1 to follow up. Brazen Bolt put in a good performance to beat Adeb over C&D on penultimate start and was just too keen last time before being hampered. If things pan out better he could be the danger despite being quite a big price. The Green Man scored at Kempton just 4 days ago and escapes a penalty for that so as long as this doesn’t come too soon he might be in the mix as well. Another Investment is interesting on return but is likely to do better for the run.
