Glittering Love bounced back from a poor run at Kelso to get within a head of victory last time. He remains a decent enough yardstick but he is an 11-year-old now and back up 3lb isn’t a certainty to back that up. I think he is too short at the top of the betting and MOROZOV COCKTAIL might be worth chancing. His recent form leaves something to be desired but he is coming back down the handicap as a result and down to a mark of 99 for the first time ever if he can build on that run behind Bretney at Bangor he could go close.

He goes well at this track having pulled clear with the winner when last seen here off a mark of 103. If he can jump more fluently he definitely has a big run in him off this mark. Prince Dundee won nicely at Ayr last month and that form has been well advertised since so he is my idea of the danger despite going up 5lb for that.
