The way KNOW THE GAME won at Naas back in December was impressive and while he has been beaten twice since he hasn’t been entirely disgraced and he only remains 9lb higher. They have booked a 5lb claimer to help ease some of that and I can see him running a big race. The Dasher Conway chased home Appreciate It when fourth at Punchestown and now handicapping it wouldn’t surprise me to see him strong in the betting for this.

Gain De Cause was down the field at Gowran last month and will need to improve now handicapping to get involved. Pats Choice ran quite well when third at Clonmel and he is another one that has a good each way shout in this but he does have a habit of finding one or two too good. Marvel Fan is favourite for this and you can see why given how close he got at Thurles earlier in the season. A mark of 109 should be within reach but I think the selection is better value.
